All the high-performance senior individuals I know have either mastered their time management, have an assistant or maintain an unhealthy work-life balance. For me, since I don’t have an assistant at work, the choice is simple: become proficient in managing your time and schedule.
If I showed you my Outlook calendar, it would likely make your jaw drop. It’s filled to the brim, and I’m often triple or even quadruple-booked for meetings. This situation has led me to develop several insights and strategies to manage my schedule. So, I wanted to share them with you in this quick note.
