2 Hours of Focus Will Put You in the Top 1%
Three ways to find focus time that don't require waking up at 4am.
Last year, I wrote 52 newsletters, started a podcast, published over 50 YouTube videos, created hundreds of pieces of content for social media, finished writing a book, and coached over two hundred engineers in my Top Tier program. I also have two young children at home.
People ask me all the time how I get everything done. They assume I work insane hours or that I have some complicated productivity system.
I don’t.
I give myself two focused hours a day. That’s it.
Tim Ferriss once said that two hours of real focus per day will put you in the top 1% of performers. I believe that completely, because I’ve lived it. Almost all my output comes from a small window of time where I’m genuinely locked in. The rest of the day is spent on regular, everyday stuff: meetings, Slack, email, kid stuff, logistics.
Those two hours are where everything that matters in my 7- figure business gets built.
